We have two parishioners with needs that call for our Christian Charity. One gentleman is undergoing treatment for cancer and will need transportation to and from the hospital a few days a week in the morning (we hope YOU can make a four-hour commitment once a month on a weekday). A young woman will be on bed rest for six weeks awaiting the birth of her child and her husband may need help with home care or shopping during this time (we will respond to requests as they are made known; they live in Montgomeryville). By signing up you are expressing a willingness to learn more and possible assist when more details are given. If you would like to learn more, please sign up and you will be contacted.
ST. JOSEPH VILLA: Do you enjoy making others happy? Are you looking to share a unique talent? Do you want a chance to meet new people? We can help! Saint Joseph Villa is looking for volunteers to help brighten the lives of our Sisters and lay residents. We have an exciting opportunity to get involved in our community and become a part of the Mission of the Sisters of Saint Joseph. You can volunteer as little as an hour a week or up to several hours a day. We have many volunteer opportunities available such as Eucharistic Ministry, transporting residents to in-house appointments, taking residents on walks around the Villa property, being a friendly visitor, running activities, and much more. Ready to gather and have some fun? Join us in our Church Parking lot on Saturday, March 22nd from 6 pm-8 pm for a Tailgate Cabaret. We will have some music and you bring your food, drink, and chairs. We will maintain distance in the parking lot and have lots of fun! The event will be moved to the School Hall in the event of bad weather. Sign up is REQUIRED. Please plan to join us!
One of the many wonderful things about Saint Raymond is the way we welcome visitors to our weekend liturgies. Throughout the COVID Season, we have been blessed with members of the RESTORE Team who have been amazing in not only welcoming people but also keeping us all safe as we followed protocols. While the recent announcement about changes in protocol will bring some adjustments, we still need people to welcome others at 5 pm,. 8 am and 10 am Masses. WE NEED YOU TO SERVE! You will serve one weekend a month at the Mass you normally attend. You will need to be at Mass 20 minutes early and you will receive training.
