COVID 19 SAFETY MEASURES
In light of the global pandemic of COVID-19, we are making every effort to consider the health of our community. In order to do so, we formed our RESTORE Team to guide us and enforce our standards of excellence as we move forward trusting in Christ! Please remember what we are committing to as a Parish in order to keep others safe. With God and our good habits (including face coverings), we will survive! If you are experiencing symptoms such as a cough, high fever, shortness of breath, or have been exposed to anyone who has tested positive with COVID-19 in the past 14 days (unless you serve as a medical professional), please do not join us for worship. If you have concerns about something you observe, please let a member of the RESTORE Team know your concern. Pews and surfaces are wiped down after each Mass for your safety; your assistance is appreciated. If you have questions regarding our protocol, please contact Minta Brown.
WORSHIPPING IN PERSON
We are worshipping with our “normal” Schedule with Mass Monday to Thursday at 8am; Saturday at 8am and 5pm; Sunday at 8am and 10am. Please arrive early as we still have a process to welcome you that includes sanitizing hands, you wearing a mask, and sitting socially distant. We also offer an alternative location to worship with us in the School Hall (audio and video of Mass with ample space and air circulation). Please know that coming to Church is as safe as a trip to the local grocery store! The experience of Worship and Community, and our reception of the Eucharist, is ESSENTIAL in our life as Catholic Christians.
If you have concerns about your safety, please worship from home at the 10 am Mass through our YouTube Channel (or find a Mass on TV or the internet). This allows you to remain connected to the Lord in Sunday worship, essential to the heart of every Christian. Archbishop Perez’s “lifting of the obligation to attend Sunday Mass” remains in effect. Like all things, except God’s love, this too shall pass!
